The W Tax Group, a leading tax resolution firm, is looking for a highly motivated Lead Attorney with experience in the tax resolution industry to join our team. As a tax resolution professional, you will be responsible for performing resolution work on our clients' cases, including transferring financial data into a CRM, communicating with the IRS and/or state, and gathering information and submitting forms on behalf of the client to the IRS and/or state.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tax resolution work for clients, including transferring financial data to CRM systems.
• Communicate effectively with the IRS and state tax authorities.
• Gather necessary information and submit forms on behalf of clients.
• Provide direction to Case Managers to keep resolutions moving forward.

Qualifications:

• Licensure to practice before the IRS (Enrolled Agent, Attorney, etc.).
• Knowledge in matters of IRS and state taxation.
• Experience in tax resolution work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while maintaining a detail-oriented and urgent approach.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package. We value work-life balance and offer a Monday to Friday schedule.
