Text & Email Notifications Overview

In this business, responding to prospects quickly could be the difference between getting the deal and losing the deal. For tax pro members, we have a feature where you can have prospects emailed and texted directly to you, the moment a prospect reaches out. You no longer need to login to your account to access the prospect's information, which allows you to respond quicker to increase your overall close rate.

How to Enable Text & Email Notifications

Step 1: Login to your account and click on account settings in the top navigation.

Step 2: To receive prospects by email, this should be on by default once your account was upgraded. By default the messages should go to the email noted under the security and login. To ensure you receive emails of prospect's information, ensure that the radio button under notifications settings labeled "Receive Leads Via Email" is on. If you would like the notifications to go to a different email address, you will have to navigate to your "Profile" from the top navigation bar (or click edit profile from your dashboard) and scroll down to the contact information section. At the bottom of the contact information section, you can add a different email address to send email notifications to.

Step 3: Receive Prospects Via Text: In the account settings, add in your preferred phone number to receive SMS notifications under the "Security and Login". Once you have added in a phone number there, you can then toggle the radio button under notifications labeled "Receive Leads Via Text" to the on position. 

Now you will receive prospect information quicker which will help your overall close rate.
